I found the answer when someone was trying to defend the rights of the animals. When you treat the animals like you would like yourself to be treated, it can be called humane. I wish we could treat the human beings the same way, too.

A very interesting post to provoke feelings we should all be mindful of in our lives. It reminds me of the "Golden Rule"....derived from Matthew 7:12...."Do unto others as you would have them do to you".
